Pupdate: I’m still here
Hello, my friends. I know it’s been a while since I’ve written. I haven’t really felt all that much like blogging since I said goodbye to Bella. (Some days, I haven’t felt like doing much… Pupdate: I’m still here
The unbearable absence of Bella
This post is one I can’t believe I have to write. Today, our family said goodbye to Bella. We kissed this sweet face farewell, and life will never be the same. We have been managing… The unbearable absence of Bella
Living on the hedge(hog)
It’s time for another installment of your Friday linkage… First up, your punny pet name: Kenny Hedgehoggins. Speaking of the king of 80s movie soundtracks, the world needs an all-hedgehog production of Footloose, don’t you think?… Living on the hedge(hog)
New career option: Lion cub swim teacher/towel bearer

It’s a hard blog life, for us…
Instead of posting, I just sit. Instead of writing, my brain just quits. It’s a hard blog life.
Friends, it’s been too long. I wish I could tell you that I’ve been productive during my unintentional blogging hiatus.

However, while I did manage to take a real vacation (woohoo!) and attend a surprise anniversary party for my in-laws, I can’t say that I’ve been a paragon of productivity. (Although I do have a few canine capers to share with you in the coming weeks.)It’s a hard blog life, for us…
Nic Cage’s Easter advice: Put the bunny idea back in the box
Okay, users of the Internet… it’s time for some real talk. I know that Easter is right around the corner. If I’m ever in charge of math, we’re all in big trouble
On Monday, I told you about the blog’s upcoming birthday, and how I’d almost forgotten about it. Today, I realized that not only did I almost forget the blog’s birthday… I also prematurely pushed it into… If I’m ever in charge of math, we’re all in big trouble
How is this blog like Molly Ringwald?
(Before you get too excited, the answer is not that my blog spent a Saturday morning in detention leading to romance with a young Judd Nelson.)
You might have noticed that it’s been quiet around here lately.
I’m not quite sure why, but I’ve been suffering from an epic case of writer’s block. When I can convince myself to sit down in front of the laptop (which is a challenge in and of itself), I can’t seem to find the motivation to write a post. How is this blog like Molly Ringwald?
