Count your blessings instead of sheep

We talked about holiday TV… now it’s time to talk about Christmas movies!  One of my absolute favorites has to be White Christmas.  (I also love Elf, It’s a Wonderful Life, and many more… to list them all could take a while.)  Today I thought I’d share one of my favorite songs from the movie:

Disclaimer: although I love this song, I don’t actually love snow.  Go figure.

So tell me… what is your favorite Christmas movie?

  1. Miracle on 34th Street, the black and white film with Natalie Wood 1947. Its on the TV Wednesday so I will be watching it with a glass of wine and a box of tissues.
Snow, it was minus 11 over here and theres more snow on the way!!!
    Merry Christmas to you
    Jan and George xxx

  2. Not a movie, but it has to be the Grinch Who Stole Christmas (the cartoon – NOT the movie). It is comic, sad, and has the best moral in it. Besides, it has the cutest dog and who could not love that?

    P.S. – If I have to pick a movie – A Christmas Story.

  3. Helen – I haven't seen The Bells of St. Mary. I'll have to check that out!

Cooper & Lola – You can't go wrong with Grinchy fun.

George – I am not at all jealous of your snow!

    Caren – Excellent choice!

Thundering Herd – I am 100% with you. Cartoon over movie any day.

  4. Elf has to be my favorite! I always watch It's a Wonderful Life on Thanksgiving, to kick of the beginning of the winter season! All of them are good!

  5. Definitely one of the top faves, along with Miracle on 34th and It's a Wonderful Life. All the classics – you just can't beat them. My favorite song in this one is "Sisters"…lol!

  6. Lol the song is great, snow is fine when it's only on the grass and not the streets hahah. There are sooo many Christmas movies I love – Elf and The Grinch are some favorites πŸ™‚
