This is your Bella on drugs…

Travel drugs, that is.  Digging another one out from the cell phone archives… this photo was taken during a trip back in December.  Note that Bella is wearing her seatbelt – she considers herself a role model for car safety.

  1. Haha… yes, Peggy! That's the perfect comparison. If Bella could talk, I have a feeling that's what she'd be saying.

  2. Makes me want to snooze myself. I have friends who don't put their kids in proper car seats, good for you (and Bella!) being a role model!

  3. YAY I'm so excited to meet another pro-seat belt dog mom! Ellie wears a seat belt also and everyone thinks I'm crazy haha

  4. Ooooh, I also want whatever Bella's got! She looks like she doesn't have a care in the world! 🙂

  5. Bella is so adorable! My dogs are awful in the car!!!! They will not settle down! They always end up in my lap!

  6. Oh yeah, it looks like she had a few at yappy hour!

Bravo for the seatbelt (and the drugs)!

  8. oh yes. I can see that druggie stare :p

I wish Georgia would be as relaxed about car safety. She's already bitten through 2 barriers, slightly chewed another much tougher one, and destroyed 2 harnesses. The Other Half had to devise and attach a [unchewable] chain link to her harness to stop her going through her 3rd. Oh, and drugs have no effect at all on her. I think I might have an alien dog from hell 🙂

  9. Oooh, I'm sorry that Bella has to take travel drugs…

Our dogs wear safety belts too! My nephews think that because K and R wear seat belts, all dogs should. They approach people in parking lots with dogs loose in their cars and tell them that their dogs need seatbelts! Grin!

  10. georgia little pea – Sorry to hear that Georgia has so much trouble with car safety! I hope you find something that works for her.

KB – I love that your nephews spread the word!
